Anyone using a G-Sync Gaming Monitor?

I just purchased the modded Asus VG248QE. Couldn't hold back any longer.

I own that monitor but haven't done the g sync mod to it yet. Is it worth it? I can't even notice screen tearing on it as is, and the LightBoost is amazing.

I can let you know. There were too many games with stuttering so this should solve it.

Very happy with my modded VG248QE. Like others have said, total game changer. If you're comfortable doing builds, modding your own is fairly easy also. Just waiting on that 780ti price drop now to grab another to help max things out.

I want a 24" IPS G-Sync monitor with HDMI, built in speakers, a stand that will detach and also height pivot, tilt and swivel. If there was such a thing, I'd buy it.

No word on IPS g-sync yet. The only IPS was demo'd using freesync. That's not until Q1 next year assuming the first wave supports IPS.
