If the world lost the Internet for an entire year, how would you feel?

THe world would be a bit more quieter that's all I can say.

Well, if the whole world lost internet for a year, then it stands to reason I wouldn't be the only one without it. I'd find out whatever everyone else was doing and probably try that.

NO facebook sounds amazing. No internet would bring back life, people actually living.

I'd also be laughing at all you losers who don't buy physical games anymore.

Continue offline gaming, and be less distracted while working on creating my own game. Though I do like to spend free time just reading forums. :(

There would be world wide panic. We basically need the internet in todays age. Most places can't even sell anything through their system without an internet connection to upload that data at some point.

We are just far to integrated at this point. Any college student would probably die if they only had books for research.

I said "the WORLD lost the Internet," not "most of the world." Califorina wouldn't have it either. Internet would be completely absent from our planet for a whole year.

I have a feeling that if the internet died, that people would find a way to rig up a wi-fi internet with just computer to computer connections... or else like I said, they'd go back to making the local BBS the thing to do when you're bored.

Probably very poor and hungry since my company is a 3rd party software that relies on internet to function. This would result in a loss of job, source of income, and more.
