Yeah.. I just did the math my self. So in this case perhaps 1GB vid card would be fine. That sounds kind of low though.

a 3gb card is what's needed to max 1080p..a lot of games benefit 3gb from 2gb in 1080p:

metro redux, far cry 3, far cry 4, gta 5, crysis 3, ryse, project cars etc
i think it's nice

Im guessing half the specs there because its half the resolution. So a 2GB vid card would suffice I think. This sounds reasonable to me.

Isn't 1080 1/4 the resolution of 4k?

1920x2=3840
1080x2=2160

1920 x 1080 = 2073600
3840 x 2160 = 8294400
2073600 / 8294400 = 0.25 Or 25%, which is 1/4. It's 1/4 the pixels so logically should require 1/4 the power.

LMAO @ this whole thing, Calling people out for not doing the math, then they literally only do the half of the math that proves themselves right, only for Sinister to do the other half that proves himself right and them wrong Hahahah

Yea, rip maths.
Surface too hard to calculate.

I'd rather play some Shovel Knight with its bare-minimum requirements than the heap of trash known as Ryse.

From what I've heard AMD cards only have DDR3 memory in them rather than DDR5, so I doubt any of their cards will run it at all. Also, there are 4GB 770s and 6GB 780s that should max it out at 4k/60fps no problems. It's only a console port.

Too bad Ryse sucks and most PC gamers won't waste their money on it.

you waste \$750+ on a card that cant run proper 4k..don't get mad at us

I'm just saying what's true. Ryse isn't a good game, it got 4/10 from gamespot. As for my GPU, I'm not mad, since I didn't buy it to play ryse at 4k. I haven't got a 4k monitor, so I don't care for 4k yet.
