Keep it sealed and buy another used copy to play.

Sure your sealed copy of PD may not be worth much now but thereís just something magical about a brand new game thatís from a bygone era.

I have a new copy of Super Smash Bros. Melee ďBest SellerĒ and although it isnít technically worth that much I doubt Iíll ever open it.
