this is the only title I could ever see them releasing for the psp in america now

Didn't they already say that they're not releasing PSP games outside Japan anymore? I'm sure I read that somewhere recently.
Not a huge problem if there's an English subtitles option, I guess, as I find the sound of the English voices in many games irritating anyway. They'd make no money from me on it though, due to Sony's genius idea of banning Japan to Europe sales, forcing me to buy Japanese games through ebay, etc..

they said they wouldnt be releasing imagepoch games

they didnt say anything about there own where the costs make it reasonable

A hunch if I look at the Zetta-cameos in the past. Though, that's more for bracing for the worst case scenario, unless you have heard something else confirmed on the stateside.
