I didn't get any ps1 games from the psn store yet but I'm just curious, what do you press in place of R2 and L2?

I'm gna download some later this week but this question has been bugging me.

thanks

Some of the analog stick directions (left and right I think). I'm not absolutely sure though since the ps1 games that I've play so far don't use them.

It's customizable. On a normal (read: non-Go) PSP, the controller emulated is the original PS1 digital controller, which doesn't have analog sticks. That leaves either the PSP's analog stick or the d-pad to take the role of L2 and R2.

For most of my games, I set the analog stick to emulate the PS1 d-pad for moving, and put L2 and R2 on the PSP's d-pad. But you can change things around however you want.

Now if you have a PSP Go, you can pair up a DualShock3 and not worry about where you're gonna put L2 and R2 ...

for some game i'd image yeah it has to be a little weird but for FM3 you don't need to use r2 or l2 at all if you don't want to so it really depends on the game i guess

It is, especially legacy of kain soul reaver. I have had to stop playing that game because you rely on all the buttons from the PS1 pad.
