I'm currently using WMK, XFO, MMM, Ultimate Perk Pack and Repair Rethought.

I will be changing that tonight though, gonna get FOOK, the compatibility patches and remove WMK because it won't be very compatible.

The only "mod" I made myslef, which was a simple mod for raising value of all ammo.
Bear Trap (sucks. Other than the first time I used one, which made the guy get sucked through the floor which was kinda funny)
Onwed (mod that makes houses yours when you kill the owner).

These are the important ones; not necessarily the actual names, but basically what they do so I can save space.

Misc Item Weight Rebalance
Remove Random Trash
Sprinting
Slower Weapon Degradation
Realistic dismemberment/bullet damage/fire rate/stimpaks/physics
Power armor headlamp & stats rebalance
No car explosions
No random talk from random idiots
Logical enemy weapons/armor
Disguises
Karma fixes
Centered 3rd person mode
Full color Tranquility Lane (for some variety)
Fellout
FastVATS
Expanded repair options
Time speed adjustment
Higher damage for everything
Better crippling
Invincible caravans (and Walter? I should find that one)
Ammo/drugs have weight
Color enhancer
OA Equipment fix (well, I think it's a fix, at least)
Guns skills don't affect gun damage
Condition has no effect on gun damage, just jamming
Weapons are rebalanced
Changes to repair
Enhanced night sky (stars!)

There may be others, I forget at the moment. I'm keeping an eye on the Stranger mod, since it looks like it can replace quite a few of these.

Condition has no effect on gun damage, just jamming

What I am currently using:


Vash Desert Eagle - Adds Rusted/Worn Desert Eagles to higher level enemies (randomly, I have only seen two enemies packing so far) and it adds the Desert Dragon (Unique Desert Eagle) to a stash that you have to find, so go exploring!!

Ion Pulse Rifle - Adds two Ion Pulse Rifles hidden in your Megaton home. So if you blew up Megaton, this isn't for you. The Weapon is powerful, but it's offset by the fact that A) It overheats very quickly and B) It's rather inaccurate for an energy weapon. Fun to use if only for the Secondary Fire Mod. (Requires FOSE)

Spit Bomb Grenade - Adds a new Grenade to the Talon Corps Inventory that acts much like an Incendiary Grenade. You can also get a Schematic so you can build your own instead of having to loot Talon Corps Members for it.

Fell-Out - Simply Awesome Weather Mod and Highly Recommended

NMC Textures - Various Hi Res Textures by NMC (I Have the Land/Road/Rock/Megaton/Rivet City Packs from him).. You do need a pretty beefy GPU to run these packs at anything higher than default texture sizes, but even the default size hi res textures look way better than Bethesda's.

Hi Res Weapons in Third Person - This gives Weapon World Models the same Hi-Res textures the First Person Weapon Models have.

Sharing and Caring Companions - One of the better companion mods out there.. Great if you want to start your own little army. Still not perfect, so only get this if you want more than Two Companions at a time and you want something different from what Bethesda offers. (Requires FOSE)

Sprint - I got this for the fact that now you can tackle people with the Tackle Perk.. Very awesome mod I must say. (FOSE recommended, but not required)

Weapon Mod Kits - This is quite an interesting way to create your own unique weapons. With this mod enabled, Modification Kits are hidden in various stashes (and or can be bought at certain vendors) which will allow you to make said modifications to your weapons. Got an Automatic Fire Mod? Make your 10mm Pistol automatic. Got an Extended Magazine mod? Give your Combat Shotgun Dual Drums of pain! It's awesome, it's needed, get it now!



I have quite a few more mods installed right now, but I can't remember them all off the top of my head.
