You're obviously too lazy to take 5 seconds to search for "steel ingot" on that website and see the base id is right on there.....

Find one, use player.showinventory and it will give the ID, if that ID wont work for player.giveitem then they can't be given.

just gotta remember to change the first two digits to your load order of the pitt esm. It might not be 02 or 03 if you've got other esm's loaded.
