Yeah it does feel a bit strange firing up the wii for a bit of fighting action. If it does go PS360 we should get some better looking graphics (although I'm quite impressed with what we have so far) and hopefully more characters. Well, dunno about episodes, maybe a little peek at each one. I think the graphics are just fine really. What you want in a fighter is good gameplay. Hey, I'm always saying that "graphics only a good game do not make" but still a little spruce up couldn't hurt ^_^ Also if it got ported, hopefully the netcode would be a little better. My winrate has taken a hammering tonight since every single match I played got DC'd whether I was winning or not. Well, a lot of kiddies today seem to think that rank matters...Which is stupid... >_< With everyone DCing on one another, you'd think that rank wouldn't matter since it's hard to tell if a person is really good or cheap based on their BP. I haven't had anyone DC on me yet, but I've been doing free battle fights. Had a bunch against this one guy who would win and lose some, but he was a good sport about losing. He'd use that Ippatsuman guy (however it's spelled) and do his level 3 super with the giant robot. I have no idea how to escape that attack where he charges up the gem. I think you have to hit him, but I've been trying with G. Ligthan and nothing...Maybe you have to hit the head, which would suck because I don't think Lightan can reach up there... >_> Anyways, this one time he picked Frank and Alex, and it was in the shopping mall stage. We taunted for a bit, and then he'd send a zombie after me, which I would then hit back to him. He would then get a zombie on the ground and whack it with the golf club, and I would try to hit it back or whatever. This went on for a bit. I think you can hit the chest emerald and that'll knock 'em out of it, I haven't fought anyone that has used that super on me yet. I mostly seem to have fought Ryu + one other, although I seem to have hit a run of Yatterman-1 users recently. Usually I end up with my Doronjo laying on the floor blowing kisses at them while they let off super after super...I haven't seen as many Morrigan's as I thought I would, which is nice since it means I have a mildly unique team ^_^ --- PSN ID: tomn2501 From the Land of Green Breezes, Tea in the Afternoon and Fog | |
I'll have to try that and see. I usually see Tekkaman Blade teamed up with either Ryu, Zero, or Mega Man. It would be nice to see unique teams instead of the same thing every time... >_> Course, all I use is Gold Ligthan, but I've never seen anyone else use him anyways... <_< --- "Pull my finger! That maybe so, but they were trying (in the beginning at least) to have one character per series and they already had Alex for SFIII...I suppose he could've been in for Final Fight, at least he's getting a cameo in SSF4. Anyway, I haven't got all the icons in Tatsucap but i've got me Morrigan "bat" which is good enough for me...at least until someone remembers how they got the other Morrigan icon. Heh...Well, while on the subject of characters representing a series....They could have easily had a few more Darkstalker characters. There was more than one game in the series.
