Bite, Roar, Ember and Flamethrower (TM, obviously). Just curious if you guys would wait a little while longer or not? I know moves wise if I do it this early, Arcanine won't be able to learn some moves. --- Texas Rangers 2010 AL Champions | Miami Dolphins 2011 Chevy Cobalt SS Turbocharged

If he has Flamethrower, that's all you need. --- Why bother making a signature?

Growlithe gets Flamethrower at level 49 ; Arcanine gets Extremespeed at level 49.
You'll probably want Extremespeed, so you're better off evolving it earlier and getting Flamethrower via TM. If you don't have a TM handy and want an alternative Fire attack, wait until level 31 when Growlithe learns Flame Wheel.

Only Flamethrower is relevant (and perhaps Flame Wheel), so it's a matter of money vs. good stats earlier. --- gbchaosmaster

If you've already got Flamethrower, evolve him whenever you want, but do it before Arcanine would learn ExSpeed. --- www.GameFaktions.com Shadowrun, MTG, and other XBL games (Tournaments/Community/Discussions)

^ Growlithe gets Flamethrower at level 49 ; Arcanine gets Extremespeed at level 49.
So the only option is that level - Extremespeed is learned after the Fire Stone is used.

You made a bit of an error there; to relearn moves in this game you need 2 TinyMushrooms or 1 Big Mushroom, commonly held by Paras/ Parasect. --- Wonder what it's like to fly? Daedalus managed it, why shouldn't we? I always have to trust animals, huh... just my nature, as long as my dog doesn't lick me.
