After finishing victory road, just before fighting the E4. I'm completing my Pokedex now.
All pokemon are lv 55

1. Raichu
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder wave
- Quick Attack
- Slam
Yeah I know I need change QA and Slam. But with what?

2. Ninetales
- Flamethrower
- Confuse Ray
- Ember
- Quick Attack
Should I change Ember with Fire Blast or Overheat?
And the QA too -___-

3. Blastoise
- Skull Bash
- Hydro Cannon
- Surf
- Rain Dance
As for him, I got no idea. Maybe I should dump Rain Dance?

4. Dragonite
- Surf
- Twister
- Thunder Wave
- Wing Attack
Just evolved from Dragonair, I don't know what's good for him.
Since Blastoise already got Surf and Raichu already got Thunder Wave, maybe I should dump those skills.
Skill suggestions?

5. Golem
- Magnitude
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Strength
Should I give Strength to HM slave? Any other skill suggestions?

6. Gengar
- Shadow Ball
- Hypnosis
- Nightmare
- Dream Eater
I'm having fun with his sleep combo. Is that good enough?

Oh yeah, and how do you get money easily? -_-
Sorry for the long post and my broken English. Any help would be appreciated.

The main problem with a lot of these movesets is that the pokemon don't learn 4 relevant moves :\

I mean, sure, you probably won't ever use Raichu's quick attack. Thing is, no matter what move you replace it with, you probably won't use it either. May as well just leave quick attack there and ignore it

Assuming you're looking for changes to make the elite four easier, one of them is a dragon trainer so it's important to have something with an ice attack (I suggest blastoise, since dragonite already has a dragon type move)

Nightmare also seems a little silly since you'd probably do more damage with dream eater anyways, plus you'll also heal yourself some. Gengar's got pretty good special attack, so you could always give it thunderbolt too. Of course, if you like nightmare, you don't need to replace it... raichu already has electric moves anyways.

For Blastoise, Surf/Brick Break/Ice Beam or Blizzard/Rain Dance (since you already wasted it).

I suggest blastoise, since dragonite already has a dragon type move

Now kirby, that's just silly, Twister has a whopping 40 power >_> Blizzard as well, or Ice Beam (if you're still willing to afford it - Blastoise should come first)
