TOO BAD WUIGI I STOLE THE TOPIC MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Mission Statement: I honestly forgot... let me just slap something on:

We're here to discuss the future plans and suspicions of the Glitz Pit and host spars between user-made contenders to assist on the organization of the main topic.

...that didn't help at all.

Now, to re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-write Seth...

He's going to be an offense character, So Kelvin should want to support with lots of freezes and shields. I'm just going to start raw; I won't try any synergy, as that tends to not work out. Then Kelvin can try and synergize, and hopefully Lightning is better at it than me.

Percy - Bandit, 20 HP 5 FP 1 DEF
Passive Ability - Take Over for Me - When Percy is defeated, Redmond starts fighting after the opponents' turn is over.
Trick or Lick: 3 ATK. Percy or Redmond attack. Percy deals indirect damage, but can only hit ground enemies. Redmond can hit anywhere, but only deals direct damage.
Slurp (4 FP): 8 ATK. Redmond eats Percy or his partner and spits them at an enemy, dealing Indirect damage. Whoever got spit takes 2 Piercing damage.
Merchant's Charm (6 FP): Percy halves the ATK of all enemies for 2 turns. Alternatively, Percy converts an enemy summon to his side for 2 turns.
Feeding Frenzy (8 FP): 7 ATK. Piercing. Percy and Redmond rush across the stage, directly hitting all enemies with a barrage of items and licks.

Redmond - Slime, 5 HP X FP 0 DEF
Passive Ability - Flower Pooling - Redmond's FP is equal to Percy's FP when he was defeated.
Lick: 3 ATK. Redmond licks any enemy for direct damage.
Slurp (4 FP): 8 ATK. Redmond eats Percy's partner and spits them at an enemy, dealing indirect damage. Percy's partner takes 2 Piercing damage. Cannot be used if Redmond is the only person on the field.
Feeding Frenzy (5 FP): 6 ATK. Redmond rushes across the stage, licking and slurping all enemies for direct damage.

~~~~~
| Essanem | - Ackpow: 34/27 HP, 5 FP, 0/1 DEF
Glutton for Punishment: Debilitating statuses inflicted on Essanem last an additional turn. (Such as Burn, Dizzy, and Poison, but not Freeze, Stop, and Gone)
Whip Crack: Deals 3 indirect damage to the front-ground enemy or grabs an enemy and grounds them for a turn.
No Escape (4 FP): Lassoes an enemy with her whip and slams them to the ground for 6 damage. Hazardous enemies take one extra damage. (Say she slams a Bristle down to the ground - it takes 7 damage.)
Lion Tamer (7 FP): Summons a Gnip, dealing 7 damage to all ground enemies. Every second time the move is used, a Gnaw is summoned instead, dealing 7 piercing damage to all ground enemies.
Rubee Red Slippers/All That Glitters (6 FP): Gives an ally the Rubee status for three turns. Whenever a Rubee character attacks, a Rubee pops out of the enemy and lands with the attacker, shielding one hit next turn. AoE moves take out all Rubees. If any Rubees remain after the opponents' turn, they restore 1 HP or deal 1 hit of piercing damage.
~~~~~

Pebble - Stone Buzzy: 13 HP, 5 FP, 2 DEF
Innate Characteristic: Lasting Legacy - When Pebble is KOed, his ally gains his defense.

0 FP - Ouch: Deals 4 direct damage to the front-ground enemy.
4 FP - Boulderdash: Deals 7 indirect damage to the front opponent.
7 FP - Hardhat: Hops atop ally for 3 turns - all attacks are directed to Pebble, but he gains his ally's defense.
6 FP - Ancient Burial Ground: Gives self Revenge status for three turns.

~~~~~
Hugh - Mini Muth: 20 HP, 5 FP, 1 DEF
Innate Characteristic: Immense Dimensions - Hugh cannot be expelled from the battlefield (like Chuck 'Em or Bersola's Revenge)
0 FP - Whallop: Whacks the front-ground enemy with his trunk for 4 damage! If defense nullifies damage, Hugh gets FP for each damage point nullified (obviously up to 4 for now.)
(~6) FP - All Aboard: Ally climbs aboard for 3 turns - all damage is directed to Hugh, but his ally gains his attack.
7 FP - Rock 'n' Roll: Turns all ground enemies into roadkill! Well, not really. It just deals 7 damage to all ground enemies. But for every defense point the opposing team has, the more piercing this move becomes. (Pretend the opposing team has 3 combined defense. This move deals 3 piercing + 4 regular damage.)
? FP - ???: Does something interesting.
Oh lord. I don't like this move at at.
Frankly, I don't think all of this is justified with "they don't have to attack Seth", especially not for 2 FP a turn.
But at least they can attack Seth. Dustin could still pull off a Swiss Army Knife, successfully damaging Seth, but he'd just get penalized. With Taunt, Seth was invincible.
What if..
Frigid Fusion (6 FP): Kelvin grants someone the Subzero status for three turns. Opponents who target a Subzero character with an attack are instantly frozen. Opponents may attack immediately upon thawing. If Kelvin stands alone when Subzero is cast, only one opponent may attack Kelvin at a time.
Kelvin uses Frigid Fusion!
Goomba uses Headbonk!
Kelvin does fun things!
Goomba is frozen!
Kelvin does more fun things!
Goomba uses Headbonk!
The Crystal Prince shall be called "Icy Royalty". For the people who don't get what I'm doing here, The Crystal Prince is actually the heir to the Crystal King's crown. That's why he doesn't have an actual name, because the Crystal King doesn't either.
Also, I'm planing to make another character who will be very unique, I believe. I'll post him eventually.
Yes, they can attack Seth, but it's never worth it. Ever. I have a very hard time imagining a situation where dealing damage to someone is worth being immobilized for two turns and taking 1 Piercing damage. Sure, there may be some situations I can't picture where it might be worth it, but for the most part, attacking a Subzero character is completely and utterly out of the question. That, to me, is not worth 2 FP a turn, not by a longshot. This isn't even factoring in Ruin Wrapping.
Making fighters able to attack upon Thawing is a step in the right direction, at the very least. Personally, I've always kinda felt that the whole "Thawing" thing shouldn't happen. There shouldn't be 1 Piercing damage involved, it's just you're Frozen or you're not, exactly like with Immobilized. I think that's a whole lot simpler.
Unfortunately, it's also a bad day to be in my History Class. I have to do a project, which is just me going to be doing the whole project now since I could care less about how my teacher wants to pace us. >.>
Thus, I'll be off now. Please don't start a brawl and kill each other, otherwise Season 5 will have a lot less contenders, and it'll ruin some of the fun factor.
Unless, of course, you notice that one of my alts has signed a team up.
