No updates on the PC version since its release?

On the front screen, it says 1.1 Apr 6 2006, which is actually before the game was even released according to GameFAQs. I find it hard to believe there have been absolutely no updates to this game. I bought it on GameFly, so I don't know if it even allows updating from that store.
