Battlefield 2 FAQ: CD-Key, unlocking weapons, etc.

#1jocampo(Admin)Posted 6/28/2005 1:29:03 PMmessage detail

1. The CD-Key is located in the back of your manual.

2. You get to unlock a weapon after you reach the rank of lance corporal (1,000 points). You only get to unlock one weapon at this time, and must gain higher ranks to unlock more. To unlock, log out, log back in, and then select the weapon from BFHQ.

3. Before you post a question, just scan through the existing messages. Odds are it's already answered, and you will save yourself time.

I'm going to unlock this thread and let you guys add useful tidbits. And I stress, USEFUL TIDBITS. I will delete anything that doesn't belong and or derails the thread and or... you get the idea. If it doesn't go well, I'll lock it up again. Don't ask questions here, but this is for people to provide their own helpful input.

Keep your post in a Q & A format... so:

Question: How do I XXX XXX?

Answer: You must do YYY YYY.

Maybe there is an order to it then...

This is what a few people said in a server last night and they were getting the purple heart sure enough.

Supported O/S. (Operating Systems)

1.Windows XP with your account that you are playing/installing it on having Administrator Privelages enabled.

2.Windows 2000 is not supported though a few people reported that it worked on Windows 2000, it might work on your computer if it has 2000, it might not.
