How do I heal units?

zeppo_basic Posted 2/1/2009 12:37:59 AM	I need help from someone who actually owns this game or has a little more experience, I'm playing it off Gametap right now. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to restore units that die in battle. Am I permanently stuck with a Miltia unit with only 9 guys in it? Or have I just not researched far enough to gain this ability? (admitedly I am very early in the campaign right now) Any advice or help from a veteran would be appreciated --- MapleHoodOG
tonibon Posted 2/1/2009 2:41:00 AM	Well i know it should be possible, but i also cant figur that out. I disaband the unit. then you get gold food, population back, then i create the unit again
naro123 Posted 2/9/2009 1:37:26 PM	If you want to restore unit numbers there are a few different ways to do it. 1. Merge 2 units of the same type by dragging their unit card ontop of th otherone. The units have to be in the same army to do this and it will only work on units from the same country. 2. In era 2, if you choose autocracy one of the last technologies is "field hospitals". Move the unit into a terretory with a field hospital and right-click it to restore the full unit numbers.
