I don't know how to delete the Gothic 3 ttf file and I believe it's what's causing the game to run in slide-show mode (s u u u p e r s l o o w). I am the Win 7 Administrator, but it does not give me authority to delete, change or move the file. Guess I'm clueless. Anyone know how to get rid of this file?

You probably have to take ownership of it.

Thanks! I appreciate the info, but unfortunately no matter what folder I try, I don't get the "security" tab. This just get's more odd all the time. I'm sure the answer is too simple to spot. . .

Can you rename it?

Also make sure that the file is not set to read only.

Wow! The guy who made that website must have completely missed the point of making a short web address. What's the next? http://www.faqs-and-walkthroughs-for-different-games-on-pc-just-as-well-as-on-consoles-with-message-boards-cheats-and-reviews-for-most-of-these-games-complete-with-a-question-and-answer-system-and-walkthrough-writing-competitions-for-citizens-of-the-usa ?
