After you synthesize a soul into a weapon...

After you synthesize a soul into a weapon, can you get the soul again? Or are you out of luck?

Example, I synth'd the falchion to make a great sword, the soul was a 1/1, can I get it again?

Yes, just go kill the enemy that drops the soul agian.

that x/x thing references leveling the soul. 1/1 souls are at their best when you get them.

if it's gotten by beating a boss, then it's one-time-only for each game.
