Is there a way I can change NPCs stats. I tried doing it with the Construction set and when i loaded it, they still had the same stats. thanks.

When you edit the stats of the NPC with the CS, you have to save it to a .esp file and activate it like a mod.

You can also do this in-game with the console. (open it with `)
Click on the NPC you want to change and type in one of these:

setav <stat name> <number> (sets the stat to the number)
modav <stat name> <number> (adds or subtracts the number from the stat)

So say Uriel Septim has 15 Armorer.
[open console, click on him]
setav Armorer 50 (this will make him have 50 Armorer)
modav Armorer 50 (this will make him have 65 Armorer)

can you console the showracemenu on NPCs?

Agnaktor.
You're think he's just some weak lizard and then he shoots lasers out of his mouth.

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure the menu is only coded for your player. Try it if you want.
