Only way would be preplanned turns. I.e. I set all my moves into a queue. Then you set all your moves into a queue. Then we let the turn unfold simultaneously but it would be a slightly different style of game as attacking would have to be done automated based on proximity and maybe some preset combat commands about how agressive the unit should be. i.e. Infantry see Gigatank = Do not engage!
