how much longer does the DS have?

The 3DS has been out for over a year now, how much time do you think it has before its finished? The gamecube got its last title 2 years after the wii came out.

Does it matter?
Anyway, not this year. The ds has sold more total units than any other. Theres still a lot of potential buyers. Right now theres just as many ds games with a release date as there are vita games with a date.

Wait for the TGS (September)

Although I seriously doubt the DS is even going to be a part of that given how dead the DS was in the E3 (Only B2W2 and Conquest)

Given that there are more indie game dev's out there now then when this ( DS ) was first released , I could see it staying around a bit longer than expected and maybe in the next year or 2 we could get 3-5 games for it.

I'd rather see XSEED and Atlus start working on more recent games. And this isn't because I think LA is a mediocre series, which it is.

But I've logged around 300+ hours on EXCEED and still planning on doing 2 more Dragon Tower Runs to get all my characters that super accessory found at the end. So if anyone is biased for EXCEED it'd be me.

But I'd rather see upcoming PS3 OG3 and a few other JP exclusive games get translated over EXCEED. Hell I'd be happy to see EXCEED stay in Japan forever if that would help Project X Zone get localized.

The DS did its job well, but once B2W2 comes out, developers and publishers should just forget that it exists.

Are you for real? LA3 is never coming over; it's not 2010 anymore. Additionally, there is something off about localizing this game that we will never know, but we do know there was something up, could have been on the developer side.
