Can you have Spikes, Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock in play at the same time

I assume if you got all 3 up it'd be an almost instant KO on everything but a few types

You know the speed of light, so what's the speed of dark?

Yes you can have all 3. It's what stall teams try to do.

Although the maximum it can do in one turn is 37.5% damage.

MAX is would do initially is 25% from spikes, 50% from SR (is double weak to rock)

Im curious, are the percents immediatly addative (taking off 75%) or does it take of one then the other (62.5%)?

^all percent based hazards go off of the pokemon's max health, not the current health
This sentence no verb.

The flawed logic in that is, the only things double weak to rock are flying types who are otherwise immune to TS and spikes. Having all 3 in play is a big stall strategy but the most you will ever usually do is 37.5% unless of course gravity is in play.

Or if a Bug/Fire, Ice/Fire, or Bug/Ice Pokemon is made!

Max is 50% from either a 4x Stealth Rock weak alone, or just from 3 layers of Spikes and a 2x rock weak. Unless I'm missing something.
