where can I get caterpie?

I have the national dex, and I noticed that you can't trade for a pokemon on the GTS unless you have atleast seen it. So is there any trainer that anyone knows of in the game that uses caterpie? Or any alternative ways of getting caterpie would be great

It appears on route 204 (Jubilfe City side) if you have FireRed in your GBA slot.

Just go to the FAQ section, go to the Pokemon Locations guide, hit Ctrl-F, and type in Caterpie.
