If you want Hypnosis, you need to head to Pastoria and talk to the move relearner.

What Desert said. All the moves it will learn will be like any other Haunters.

Though keep in mind, the level you trade your Medicham for Gasper will be the same (i.e. Trading a Lv. 30 Medicham will give you a Lv. 30 Gasper).

Just do the tasks for the old man in the house next to the PC in Eterna. He gets you all set up.

i did all the task the day i got in eterna. i have been digging already. i got 1 heartscale, a bunch of shards and other stuff, and a sheldon also. so i will find a another heartscale and teach it mean look and hyononis
