Is it even recognized at being on the console(System/memory) ??

If not, it could simply be a case of it not being connected properly.

I had a 360 that the hdd(I am talking non-Slim model) enclosure was not 'snapping' into place on the side of the 360...it appeared to be installed, but required a bit of FORCE to get it connected.

Check it out.

I was using a data transfer kit to transfer my data from my 20GB HDD to my 120GB HDD and then all of a sudden both the hard drives have no data on them. My 20GB HDD is detected by my computer and also detected by my Xbox only if I connect it using the data transfer kit. My 120GB HDD IS NOT detected by my computer at all and also detected by my Xbox only if I connect it using a data transfer kit and also when I do plug it in using the data transfer kit it only shows 16GB free space. Both hard drives won't be detected in their normal place, on top of the xbox. Please can someone help me out :(
