Looking for a good action RPG

I would prefer something similar to Warcraft as far as gameplay and not so much Mass Effect. I'm thinking about Dragon Age 2, but is there anything else I should look at?

Warcraft is an RTS, not an action RPG. If you're talking about World of Warcraft, why not try something like Olbivion?

I really liked Divinity 2: The Dragon Knight Saga.

Sorry I should have posted that I have Oblivion already. By WoW I kind of mean a game where you pick up lots of loot and do quests without turn based fighting.

Torchlight is 33% off this week.
Torchlight 2 comes out soon.
Bastion is an upcoming action/rpg though with the little details we've seen, it may not be the dungeon crawler/lootfest you're looking for.
Crimson Alliance is described as an action/rpg but so far we haven't seen much of the leveling, skills, loot system yet. It could end up being a gauntlet clone for all we know.

I'm downloading the trial for Torchlight right now. I may buy that since its on sale this week.

I have Fallout 3 also, but I think I'm going to get a magic style game this time.

Fallout New Vegas
Fallout 3 (but personally I liked New Vegas more, NV is better written IMHO)
Tales of Vesperia
Nier
Dragon Age Origins
Infinite Undiscovery
Fable II
Fable III
Magna Carta 2
