Damn is there no way to keep external hdd as the new tech file system?

After allowing my 360 to reserve 16GB space it formatted the drive to file allocation table 32 bit format. can 360 only read fat32? this is strange since windows wont allow you to format to fat32 for any storage media over 32GB.

Yes FAT32 only on Xbox360.

Windows won't format it over a certain amount (I thought it was more than that but whatever) but you can use plenty of programs to format FAT32
