Gears 3 Xbox, or regular Slim?

#1taco_ninja393Posted 7/8/2011 7:14:05 PM
So, I can't decide between getting the GoW 3 Xbox, or just a regular 250gig Slim model...

Which would you guys get?

(I'll get Gears 3, but I'm not sure I want the flashy paint. Also, the new d-pads aren't that a big a deal to me....)

Sounds like your answering your own question. There's no significant savings to it and if the paint job is a big deal then avoid it and put your money into something else.

-320GB HDD vs. 250GB HDD.
-2 controllers vs. 1 controller.
-Comes with the game vs. having to buy the game separately.
-custom sounds vs. standard sounds.

You decide if the extra $100 (or $40 since you said you're going to get the game anyway), and the custom paint job that you aren't too fond of apparently, is worth it or not.

It looks absolutely horrific.

But its up to you. You could probably find a black shell to put over it or something.

I thought you said something about being entertaining cause that was boring. You're not funny and nobody likes you. -CM Punk

When you press eject or turn it on it makes gears sound effects. I assume its the chainsaw

I'd love it if when it turned on it made this noise.

Just the first 5 seconds. I'd never get tired of that

WHAT? SURE! Just like all the other limited edition game systems that have ever come out throughout the history of gaming. Where does this number come from?
