If the agreement between Sony and WB is as extensive as it has been, I'd have to say the PS3 version.

Seriously though, if you have both, get it for the console you like best. The differences in graphics & gameplay will probably be too minute for you to notice. |

Multiplats usually run better on 360, so i'd go for that.
