I say lost o. It's vastly cheaper price wise and when I played it I beat it straight through.
Tales I picked up last month and played 10 hours into it and while it is very good I just never put it back in and choose black ops lol. Dunno why. --- GT: CleansingMoon

Get Bastion the new xbla game. I don't know if it was made by Japanese developers; but it gave me the great old school feel I missed in some of the Japanese action RPGs I used to love. Also a new game+.

You'll greatly regret buying Tales of Vesperia if you do end up getting it. Completely forgettable gameplay with horrendous characters and a plot so boring that watching paint dry will seem like a really good idea in comparison.
Out of your list, get Lost Odyssey.
