Unable to Connect to Netflix.

It's been happening for awhile now. A friend put me on his netflix and I was unable to get on. I've had netflix myself in the past and it worked then. But now I get the error message "We're unable to connect you to Netflix. PLease try again later. Support: netflix.com/tvhelp

My friend tried to manage his devices but got a blank page.

Anyone else with a similar problem?
