Is it worth fixing your 2nd gen XBox 360 for the RROD, or better to buy a slim?

My Halo edition 360 is acting up, and I fear the RROD is close. Should I just buy the slim and put the classic away? What would you people do?

Just like with PS3 I would not pay to fix it. Especially with the 360 since it's only $200 for a 4gb model.

Use the warranty until it's done, then just buy a replacement.

I live in a constant state of Deja Vu. Didn't I mention this once before?

I'm still rocking a silver trey pro system with no HDMI port. As long as they will fix it when it breaks, i'm going to do that lol

i've had to send it in twice... I think since they added the ability to install games, that helps out. I always install games and my system doesn't sound like a rocket ship taking off anymore... could be wrong

It's ironic.. We ignore the people who adore us, and adore the people who ignore us.
