Problem with Uninstalling a Game Disc

Like many or some i install my game discs to the xbox 360's memory and been having a problem with uninstalling a game disc. Lost Odyssey Disc 1. Not sure why the only thing i can think of is i still have DIsc 2-4 installed as I'm going through my final playthrough of the game. But whenever i try deleting disc 1 it says can't perform this action.

Didn't have this problem with Final Fantasy XIII as the only disc i have installed now is Disc 3 (the final disc).

Where did you try deleting it from; the Game Library or the memory? If you've only tried one option, try the other.
