MephistoXvPosted 9/11/2011 6:19:18 AM | So I got home yesterday after being out for an hour and my 360 had turned on. (one of the cats stepped on a controller).
Now whenever I eject a disc it is spinning (fast) when it comes out. It does this even if it is sitting on the dashboard. The only way it isn't spinning is if I hit eject when the 360 is turned off.
Anyone know a way to fix this or do I have to send it to M$. (I'm out of warranty) --- If Americans throw rice at weddings, do Asians throw hamburgers? |
L0ZPosted 9/11/2011 6:34:50 AM | is your 360 horizontal or vertical? try the other way and see if it still does it. --- Go to http://www.petitiononline.com/OpMnfall/petition.html and post this to your sig if you want Majora's Mask 3D. Over 32k signatures so far. |

MrSk8Posted 9/11/2011 9:23:25 AM | You are out of warranty, I would buy a new Xbox if it were me...
My first Xbox did the same thing, but it did it 9 months after I bought it, not 5 years after like yours. I sent my Xbox to Microsoft expecting them to replace the disc drive, but they gave me a refurbished replacement instead that RROD exactly 6 months later.
Sure you could pay for a refurbished system, but I think it would be better to put that money towards a brand new system. |

May have to bandaid it until I can get a new one. --- If Americans throw rice at weddings, do Asians throw hamburgers? |
