Probably $25-30 tops, probably less if the PS3 version has an online passcode you used.

You're better off selling it on ebay.

screw gamestop, go to best buy you can get 50 percent extra for preordering MW3, which will give you like 20 bucks extra for putting 5 bucks down on a game :)

I'm pretty sure the code is considered used once the plastic is broken since there is no way to tell it's not.

Gamefly is only offering a $17.50 trade in value for this game I can't imagine Gamestop giving any more than $25 seeing as used copies are selling for $48 instead of the normal $55 because of the online pass

Assuming this is a code entered through Microsoft's system and not through EA's, 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They can look up codes to see if they're consumed or not, though they can't always see what exactly the code is for if it has a specific use.

You actually think Gamestop is gonna have their employees waiting on MS 1-800 customer service to find out if a code has been used or not? that time alone would be worth more than the code , think again.
Unless there is some super easy database they could acess online to find out this info there is no way Gamestop is checking they are just assuming all codes are used
