The Gunstringer with Fruit Ninja disc version is $40 or I can buy the downloadable version of The Gunstringer and Fruit Ninja for $19.99 total. So I will be saving $20 but is there any significant difference between the 2 versions. Thank you for any help. I am new to this obviously....haha

There's no difference, unless it's a special/limited edition disk of some kind. You still earn achievements, save data and DLC are compatible, it's all the same. Purchasing a digital copy of a game is exactly the same as installing the disk and playing from your hard drive.
