PS3 is getting patched with trophies after all this time, and theres another MGS announcement coming. With MGS online shut down they could probably fit JUST mgs4 on one or two discs, and it could be a sign of it coming to 360, which needs achievements, so theyre not leaving out the people who already bought the game.
It's possible but I wouldn't get my hopes up. It'd be nice to own it on 360 as well, though.
EDIT: Also, in my personal opinion, this means a Vita version is coming.
