will day z ever come to consoles?

I doubt day Z will because

1) arma engine horrendously buggy with it, to the point where it's unplayable to all but the most dedicated.
2) arma engine also unspeakably hacker-filled

However, for those reasons dayZ is supposedly going stand alone fairly soon. Maybe when that happens, but I doubt it. I play day Z and enjoy it, but it has about a zillion issues currently, and all of them seem tied to the arma II engine.

All the Roger Moore Bond films were awful. No one has managed to do Sean Connery justice. Not even Daniel Craig.
.

I largely agree, but never say never was really bad and I would watch the spy who loved me again before that. I like daniel craig's casino royal about on par with the early connery's, but quantum of solace was a mess.

Casino Royale was pretty good, but you're right about QoS. Hell, I still have not managed to watch the whole thing because each time I get so disinterested. Pierce Brosnan was alright albeit really corny. Not as bad as Roger Moore though. He made Bond a comedian rather than a spy. Timothy Dalton was just forgettable. And George Lazenby, while only playing Bond once, he did a pretty good job.

there is a huge difference compared to CS going to consoles and Day Z coming to consoles. Day Z is MASSIVE in scale and has more hardcore gameplay options than iv seen in any pc game let alone console game. While nothing ever is set in stone the chances of it coming to consoles be it this gen or next is extremely unlikely.

now of course thanks to Day Z's popularity you may see other stand alone projects in the same vain as day z(open world survival) come to consoles at some point.

Roguelikes say "Hi".

This is now about James Bond.

Watched them since I was really little. Not trolling, I didn't really like Sean Connery that much. So for me:

Daniel Craig>Pierce Brosnan>Roger Moore tied with Sean Connery>the others that I don't care about

Goldeneye is probably my favorite out of every movie.

well they are making a new game, i think its called war z or something which is basically day z. but on the consoles? it would just be casualized and simplified to cater to the cod kiddies. no thanks.

I think that's because you really enjoyed the game on the N64. Can't blame you.

It's easily on par with most roguelikes I've played. You have to eat/drink, have to compensate for environmental factors like body heat, if you break a bone you're stuck hobbling around as an easy target for anything that see's you, you'll bleed out and die if you get injured and can't bandage, you lose all of your gear upon death. Add in to the fact that pretty much every human you meet also wants to kill you with very rare exceptions, healing requires blood transfusions that you can only perform with assistance from other players, and you have a pretty hardcore game.

What he means by "hardcore game options" most likely though is that it's just a really intricate game engine since arma is a sim. You need to set windage and elevation when you shoot, you need to compensate for your weapon's range and lock in distances when you take shots, etc, etc.

WarZ is a different game company. Dayz's stand alone is basically going to be born due to the arma engine just being too complicated, glitchy, and unsuitable in the long run for what DayZ needs it to be.

Counter Strike was a mod and it came to Xbox and now CSGO will drop on 360/PS3 too. Never say never.

Its so sad..this phrase represents a horrid Bond movie, and an atrocious Bieber song.
Random, but I felt I needed to get this out.

All the Roger Moore Bond films were awful. No one has managed to do Sean Connery justice. Not even Daniel Craig.

EDIT: Wait. Sean Connery played Bond in Never Say Never. Well, he is still the best.

The name of the movie was "Never Say Never Again".
It was a remake of Thunderball and lacked several 007 elements due to legal issues that came up during the filming process of Thunderball One of which was the lack of Q.

And now for something completely the same.

I didn't really like it a whole lot. I liked From Russia With Love the most out of all the Bond films.
