Thanks EA for one of the worst "UltImate EdItIons" to date.

In short, you get the games and nothing else. I am not counting the Cerberus network from ME2 or the online pass from ME3 because those were included for everyone who purchased the games new. And before you corporate apologists start screaming entitlement like you love to do I know that EA can include whatever they want in their sets. I am however comparing this to the Fallout, Dragon Age and Borderlands ultimate editions all of which included almost every if not all pieces of DLC. Perhaps EA is trying even harder to live up to it's worst company of the year title.

Seems to me, for people who have never tried it 60$ for three massive games should be good enough. It's not like your other examples of ultimate additions had more then one game in them.

I can't read the link at the moment, but I would guess they figured most people had been holding out on the series on PS3 at all so why not leave it off disc and get PlayStation users to buy it or even the Xbox people who held out too.

Not to mention this is supposed to be a 60 dollar release. I know some people will say well that's only 20 dollars a game, but Mass Effect 3 has been on sale for 20 dollars (It was one of Gamestop's only good sales) and both Mass Effect 1/2 can be had for 20 dollars a piece already.

So it's the same price as they could of been bought on there own and guessing by your post this is not an ultimate edition. So the only three types of people that are going to grab this are

Hardcore Mass Effect fans because they have to have it
People on PS3 who held out on the entire series because who is going to pay 60 dollars to get just Mass Effect 1 and people on Xbox 360 who held out but the games have been out for so long on Xbox I couldn't imagine there would be that many.

See you fall into one of the three, and if you enjoy the games enough you'll grab the DLC and EA will squeeze a little money out of you.

Sorry about that. I'm typing this from my phone and it always capitalizes the I's when in quotations. Stupid I know.

Yeah, EA is putting effort into making sure they don't lose that title.
And they have to, considering that Capcom just killed Megaman AND Resident Evil
