This. If a game is really good Ill replay it. Simple as that. --- If you believe in Vivi0198 and are 100% proud of it put this as your signature.

New Game +
Multiple paths don't hurt either, but mainly a New Game + mode. --- If you love a person, it doesn't matter if they cheat. If you love a person, you won't cheat.

Different plot paths, being able to play as the other sex when there is at least some difference based on which you play as, being able to do an "evil" playthrough (in games where you can do so, like the Bethesda RPGs, generally am totally good in my first playthrough except for severe kleptomania), and achievements. For a very few games, like the Harvest Moon games and Phantasy Star III, having different choice of who to marry and different offspring is another incentive.

Non-linearity, various paths, good plot (obviously), etc. --- My Darksiders II Review: gamefaqs.com/xbox360/988570-darksiders-ii/reviews/review-151743

Forgot to add too, if there is really good destruction/mayhem. Nothing like good explosions, and blowing off some steam by wreaking havoc is theraputic for me. Just Cause 2 would be a good example.

Any great fun game which was obviously made with an awesome single player experience in mind, without tacked on multiplayer, and without any contrived social media b.s. added. --- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A21wxZKiao8

i rarely play games again once i've beat them despite branching pathways or alignment that give different endings etc. simply because my library is just too big.
so my biggest reasons for replaying would be: 1: mods 2: if i severely enjoyed the game the first time around(batman for instance) 3: if enough time has passed that i forgot how it all happened(like FF9 on a bunch of occasions) --- If console gaming is so cheap then why do I have to spend $600~ in order to play Super Mario Galaxy, Uncharted 3 and Halo 3?
