Eh, I think it was Conker's Bad Fur Day back on the N64. I do not remember any of the ESRB ratings on Super Nintendo games.

It was before the ESRB was established officially, but I remember would say Robocop vs Terminator on the Sega Genesis. I remember there being a code that you could put in that made the bad guys look like stripper chicks in leather or something and melt into pools of blood(GamePro magazine at the time referred to it as an NC-17 code or something of that sort).

Not counting PC games, and games that were too old to be rated, I think it was that Aliens game (the FPS) for the Playstation when it just launched. I RENTED for TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS from Blockbuster a PS1 and the Top Gun game and the Aliens game. LOL. Damn that's such a waste looking back on it...and because of that I picked up a N64 instead and no PS1 until much later :(

For PC:Did Diablo come out before the Playstation launch? I don't think so, but I am bad with time frames, especially from when I was a teenager way back when. That, Half Life, or Unreal were some of the earliest.

EDIT: Scrap all that, it was Mortal Kombat.

I know someone else on GameFaqs has it this topic has come up before.
