Anyone think there needs to be more gay dudes in games? Gay dudes are rarely used and when they are it's usually for comic relief like Brucie from GTA 4, Tingle from Zelda and Kanji from Persona 4.

Of course not, but it adds personality to characters and that helps create a good story.

No, we don't need more openly gay characters. Just like we don't need more openly straight people. Unless their sexuality directly impacts the story it's probably not even worth being brought up.
