*ignores everyone trying to suck all of the fun from the topic with their homophobia and nitpicking*
So disliking someone's alternate lifestyle choice is now considered a phobia?
When there isn't any sane reason to dislike it, yeah.
Why as a guy should I be FORCED to like something that I consider disgusting?
Gay people don't need any "special consideration" for anything (especially special laws) because they CHOSE to be what they are, those chose to live fast & loose with their life, and many of them paid the price of the most painful death possible.
I sure as hell don't need their bulls*** shoved in my face in videogames, books, music, and entire TV channels.
You know what disgusts me?
Old people sex. Not so much as them being able to have sex, but them actually having sex, but does that mean we should create laws stopping them from doing so as well? Or should we, oh I don't know, not focus on the fact that they're having sex.
Seriously man, you've got serious issues if you look at someone who's gay, and all you see is a person that has sex in a way that you don't enjoy.
And as for it being "shoved in your face," there are at the most 20 or so big name games in the last few years which contain any form of homosexuality. Most of which are quite subtle about it.
And as for being FORCED to like it? It's not like caring about a character who happens to be gay will automatically infect you with "TEH GAY" as so many homophobes out there talk as if such a thing were to be possible.
