yeah I just checked I only got the demo of golden axe, never got round to buying it.
what happens if someone brought the game but deleted it, would they still be able to download?

You should be able to pull up your download history on Xbox.com and re-download it from there. --- Xbox Live Gamertag: XavierBK

the game cost me 400 points, but is 3 dlc's at 800 points a pop, even at the game normal price of 800 points the dl;c's are 300% the cost of the game.
Magic's 3 expansions are 400 points, not 800.

The situation isn't much better when a game goes out of production. It's either impossible to find or you're at the mercy of price gougers. That's one area where DD has its advantages with games that are no longer in print like Bully SE and Beautiful Katamari.

Super Creatures you mean magic 2013?
the proper expansions for that are not yet released.
I am talking about magic 2009. 3 expansions at 800 points a pop for a game that was on sale at 400. I didnt buy magic 2012 DLC since the game seens a downgrade over 2009 and I am not spending so much on it, I probably will play 2013 after 2009 and skip 2012.
and yeah game pirates will be laughing.

No, Magic: The Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers (Magic 2009) has 3 expansions, that are 400 points each.
