I'm not looking for something like Gears of War or Vanquish right now. I'm playing the Kane & Lynch 2 Demo and I'm in the mood to play something like this. If Army of Two is the only viable answer that isn't Spec Ops I suppose I'll just play that. If not suggest away.

I must say I'm not totally enjoying this demo before someone suggest this.

I get the feeling I wasn't specific enough for what I'm looking for in a TPS at the moment.
Now i don't want to say the suggestions were bad because I'm sure the games are good, just not what I'm looking for atm. Although I do want to get Max Payne 3 and possibly Ghost Recon this Friday.

I'm looking for a "realistic" modern shooter that isn't totally cover heavy like Gears or Vanquish. I feel like playing something like Kane & Lynch, Army of Two, Spec Ops or even Splinter Cell: Conviction. Anything else like that?

Very good & underrated TPS.
You shoot robots like Vanquish, but have team-members like Gears or Spec-Ops.
It has plenty of boss fights, and you can upgrade your main weapons.
You can also choose which people make up your party and can choose from up to four.
