It's not a really a big deal, just thought it was funny. AC3 commercial came on showing a Gameinformer rating of a 10. It was a 9.5. Not a big difference at all, just thought it was funny.

It's (intentionally) false advertising in both cases - it isn't more tolerable just because it wasn't "that much false"

Uhm yeah, most definitely just saw the trailer and it didn't lie. It said GameInformer - 9.5/10. It was some other reviewer. Looked like GameRevolution or GameRevelation. I've never heard of GameRevelation besides some blog and GameRevolution ranks by 5 stars, not 10.
