Not sure if this has been posted before, but here it is. This is a run down on Xbox 720 so far. Check it out. Must read article:

I'd call direct X 11 as a standard something relevant. Also, if this article's predictions turns out to be true, then I hit the launch date right in the bullseye. There is also the augmented reality thing. A while back I posted about how in future gaming, objects will be holographically displayed past the dimensions of your tv screen. I'm talking 15+ years from now. Looks like this article mentioned something similar with the augmented reality thing. Personally, i'd prefer no glasses. Realistically speaking, you can't expect something like that without glasses as soon as a couple of years from now though.

we are no where near holographic gaming and have barely moved into augmented reality through glasses and images being projected onto walls and manipulated with fingers/eyes etc. the only relevent thing stated in that article is directX11 and cloud gaming, the rest is just none-sensesical blabber.

No it wont. Maybe $500 max for an ultra model, and $400-$450 for the economy one.

The processor alone costs well over 200 dollars. How's dreamland?

15 year life cycle confirmed?
I'm 34 now.
I'll be about 50 when the next Xbox is revealed.

How about you people wait to post some real news confirmed by Microsoft?

Oh wait, that's because it doesn't exist yet.
