It looks great. Glad you made this topic, as I very rarely browse the Indie section due to all of the shovelware. I basically wait for topics like this to get good indie games :P.

I'll download it soon for sure. I don't see a problem with $5 if it's a quality game.

Yeah my main reason is to give the game more exposure. I personally browse the indie section every day and download trials for every game to find those hidden gems. Curious if anyone here has tried it after my recommendation and what their thoughts were. Can't wait to get home and try to see if I can conquer very hard...won't be easy.

I do the same thing. This game currently break one of my own rules of not buying any 400 point indies until I own all the "decent" xbla titles priced at 400.

Great game from how the demo played and video showed. Rules are meant to be bent once in a while though, especially to support the Indie Devs that have stuck it out with MS and haven't completely gone over to Steam/PC

400msp will get you Bloody Good Time. If you don't have it, you should.

You won't be disappointed. I failed to mention that the unlockable characters, with their unique playstyles are actually pretty cool. One character actually gets stronger and more powerful, the more stylish you are. Which can be good or bad depending on how good you are at the game. Really curious to see how the last character plays..

I really liked the demo. When I get paid next week, I'm gonna buy it.

It's a good thing someone made a topic about this game. If no one did, then I would have made one. People should know about this game.

is a fun game, only reason i didnt buy it is because its 400msp. indie games are indie for a reason, bring the price down to indie level and ill buy it. otherwise put it on arcade and ill give it another try at a later date.

Yeah, as a fan of Tomba I don't see it at all, lol.

I beat the game on Very Hard last night. Unlocked the final playable character and unlockable weapon. Overall I can say I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase even if I choose to not play arcade or challenge mode. One thing I can mention is that I wasn't able to buy every upgrade by time I finished it on Very Hard and the points carry over on all difficulties. Maybe that's due to my lack of skill but I think repeated playthroughs to collect points are in order.

Challenge mode now that I've tried it, allows you to pick 3 bosses and pit yourself against them at the same time, you can choose the arena and difficulty for the bosses. It's pretty awesome.

For anyone on the fence and has the points to spare, I say go for it. The demo will be enough to convince you to get it if anything. With this upcoming XBLA sale though I can understand some people will be weary especially with stuff like Mark of the Ninja and Dust going on sale but I own both of those already. Glad I could clue some people in on this awesome game! I also recommend checking out Heavy Recoil: Convoy Chaser. That game is only 80 MSP but doesn't have as much depth but if you're into Contra and such, you'll love it.

I don't think you're reviewing this game. I think you're one of its devs.

Either way, support indie games people. Buy Bleed. That said, 400 MSP is not a smart price tag; no matter how well-made, those are the least bought XBLAIG.

Nice try but no, just a normal guy who's excited to share this hidden gem with other people.
