Why does everyone think Resident Evil 6 is so bad?

its over exageraion of its flaws its like re5 setup wise as in no horror and all that the QTE thing got old and leons fight the final boss 6 times its not a jrpg we dont need 6 forms 2 is fine

Its not like the originals with fixed cameras and dated controls/gameplay.

They arent zombies anymore.

Resident Evil 6 is not horrible by any means. However, after the brilliance that was Resident Evil 4 (yes I know some may disagree, though know you are in a small minority) and the solid Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil 6 was just a disappointment. A lot more was expected.

6 has better everything than 4...What people are saying makes no sense. NTM, RE4 is where the story took a MASSIVE hit for the sake of gameplay, which is really sad

It's the fact that it's not really Resident Evil.

If you took away the name and named it something else it wouldn't have been as harshly judged.

As a game it's pretty great, even better with coop

As a Resident Evil game it's kinda sad

It tries to copy the mechanics in other shooters but fails.

The story was crap.

The atmosphere...what atmosphere?

The voice acting and writing was crap.

Everything about this game was garbage.

lol, not even close, I don't even like Resident Evil. Resident Evil fans like the original ones. Six is basically like Gears of War, they've take all of the Survival Horror out of it. Now it's just an action game. At least the parts with Chris and Jake.

It's sad because there's no trace of the originals. They've even said they're done with zombies.
