Looked and looked for this thread considering the recent release of Walking Dead Ep. 5, but I came up empty so forgive me if this is old.

Yeah... Walking Dead made me tear up. Hats off to Telltale.

Only other game I can think of that got me like that was Twilight Princess at the end. Just curious to see what other games have gotten that response from people.

The only thing that has ever made me cry was Titantic. Games are not that immersive, or have that good of stories.

The Walking Dead and Gears of War 3

Edit: And the additional cutscene with sif in the dark souls dlc brought a tear to my eye :(

Pokemon Blue, when I made it allll the way to Sapphron city only to learn you can catch a Pikachu in the Veridian Forest. I was 6 and just restarted the game.

Then again in Pokemon Yellow, when my sister smacked my Gameboy out of my hands and into the sink full of dish water.

I've had family members die and I haven't cried, but I did at the end of The Walking Dead
