Yep.

I only ever experienced framerate issues in 2 areas, and they only lasted for a few seconds.

This is such garbage. Even the developers acknowledged (and apologized for) the framerate problems. There are sections of the game that stay at a crappy framerate the entire time you're there. Not for "seconds". It's OK to love the game, but lying about it just makes you pathetic.

I had issues in 2 places, blighttown and Arnor Londo (underground), each lasted for 2-5 seconds and I NEVER experienced them again throughout the level.
